Shipping policy

Our shop will be carrying both IN-STOCK and PRE-ORDER items. If you place an order that contains both, it will not ship out until the pre-order items arrive at our warehouse. Updates to the expected arrival dates will be published on both the relevant store page, and monthly on our twitter.
If you'd like to receive your non IN-STOCK and PRE-ORDER items earlier, despite also wanting to buy IN-STOCK and PRE-ORDER items, we recommend buying those separately.

Packages within Germany are shipped via DHL. International packages are shipped through DHL. Unfortunately, depending on the partnerships with DHL, tracking is often delayed significantly, and in some cases does not update at all. If a package seems to go missing entirely, we are open to re-shipping missing packages in these extreme situations after an investigation has been started with relevant post offices
