When will I receive my pre-order items?

You can read about the pre-order products on the product page. Alternatively, we regularly post information on our Twitter.

I have purchased pre-order and stock items. When will they arrive?

Orders containing both pre-order and stock items will be dispatched as soon as the pre-order items have arrived in our warehouse. For faster shipping, we recommend ordering stock and pre-order items separately.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are expected to arrive within 5-7 working days. As we are a 1-man team in the warehouse, we ask for your understanding.
